When can I collect my games bundle?
Upon booking you'll be given a collection time within the following time windows: Friday between 4 and 7 pm, Saturday or Sunday 10 AM till 6 PM.
When can I return my games bundle?
Returns are accepted Saturday and Sunday 10-6, or Monday 4-7 PM
How long can I hire for?
Our prices are all based on a weekend hire (Friday to Monday). If you would like to arrange a longer hire please call us and we can arrange this. Day hires are not available.
What happens if something is broken or lost?
All our equipment is signed off upon collection or delivery, the lead hirer will be responsible for any loss or damages incurred during the agreed hire period.
Is there a delivery charge?
For delivered products, delivery is free within 10 miles of Colchester. Any products that are not specified as delivery only, or deliveries outside of this range, a delivery charge may be negotiated.
Who can collect the bundle?
The lead hirer must be present on collection and may be asked to provide a photo ID and proof of address.
Can I create a custom product for my event?
Speak to our team and we can work with you to make any event more exciting for your guests, we can offer custom bundles, themes and delivered product.
Where do I collect my bundle?
You can find us at our Mersea Adventure Centre, based on Waldegraves Holiday Park, Mersea Island. We will send you a specific address along with your collection time upon booking.
